Ever feel like you’re not good enough to join an open play?
BAGELS & BREADSTICKS is a zero-pressure tennis community for amateurs and enthusiasts who want to play and build their confidence without the anxiety and intimidation. No rankings, no judgment, no expectations—just friendly games and neophytes learning tennis together.
Our name comes from tennis slang: getting served a “bagel” means losing a set 0–6, while getting served a “breadstick” means losing 1–6. Our goal is to create an inclusive and empowering community where getting served a few bagels and breadsticks is seen not as a failure but as part of the learning process! 😃

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
This club is specifically for inexperienced NEWBIES and absolute BEGINNERS—NOT intermediate or advanced players who frequently participate in open plays and tournaments.
There are plenty of other Reclub communities hosting open plays for more experienced players; Bagels & Breadsticks exists to give novice players a safe space of their own. 😊
