To help make our Open Play registration fair and organized for everyone, we are implementing a cashless payment policy effective immediately.

Registration Guidelines
✅ No cash payments at the venue.
✅ To confirm your Open Play reservation, payment of ₱100 must be made first. Your reservation will only be accepted once payment has been received.

After Payment
Please send a screenshot of your payment in the Reclub chat. Below the uploaded screenshot, indicate the name of the player whose Open Play registration is being paid and the date of the Open Play.
No Refund Policy
❗ All payments are strictly non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer or sell your reserved slot to another interested player. Kindly inform the organizers of the replacement player’s name so we can update the registration.
Why are we implementing this?
This policy is intended to reduce no-shows after reservations have been made. Reserved slots that go unused prevent other players from joining. Requiring advance payment helps ensure that reservations are made by players who are committed to attending, while giving others a fair chance to secure a slot.
