How to join the open play
☑️ Request to join.
☑️ Once your status changes to Waitlisted, you may proceed with your payment.
☑️ Upload your payment receipt to the payment section for that schedule. To avoid confusion and delays, please refrain from sending receipts through private messages.
Friendly reminders
☑️ No confirmed slot, no play.
☑️ No-shows and cancellations are non-refundable.
☑️ If you would like to transfer your slot, please inform the organizer before the schedule and provide the name of the replacement player for approval.
☑️ If you have questions or concerns, feel free to send the organizer a message.
☑️ Please remember that being on the waitlist does not automatically guarantee a slot. Confirmed slots are given on a first-paid, first-served basis. Once all slots have been filled, we will post an update in the group chat.
Thank you, and we can’t wait to see everyone on the court. Have fun, play hard, and enjoy the games!
