By participating in any Lobster Pickleball Club activity, I acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and may carry risks of injury, accident, or property damage.
I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to play responsibly, follow club and venue rules, and follow the instructions of organizers and referees.
To the extent permitted by law, I release Lobster Pickleball Club, its organizers, and venue partners from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from my participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and any medical expenses resulting from participation.
