⚠️ 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 PAYMENT POLICIES:
✔️ 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗣𝗔𝗬 = 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗟𝗢𝗧. We strictly implement a first-paid, first-served basis to prevent over-population and no-shows.
✔️ Players who have not paid may be moved to the 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 once slots are nearly full.
✔️ If you are waitlisted, your slot is not guaranteed until your payment receipt is uploaded and verified.
🏓 COURT SETUP & GAME FORMAT
🏟️ Capacity: Doubles play | Maximum of 20 players per session.
🔢 Scoring: Games are played to 11 points (Straight).
⏱️ Format: No DEUCE format. Please keep games quick to allow everyone to play. If many players are waiting, kindly rotate out immediately after your game.

❌ 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲: All payments are final. Strictly no refunds or carry-overs for no-shows

🔄 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀: You can sell or transfer your slot to another player up to 24 hours before the event, but payments remain non-refundable.
🤝 Player Conduct: Be respectful and inclusive to all skill levels. Beginners are always welcome!
🩹 Liability Waiver: By participating, players agree that the organizers hold no liability for any injuries, accidents, or medical incidents sustained during the session.
📸 Media Consent: Joining grants permission for photos and videos to be captured during the session for social media and community updates.
