Hey everyone! 👋 To help keep our open play sessions running super smoothly and fairly for all our players, please take a quick look at our friendly reminders for payments and registration:
🕒 Payment Deadline
The Cutoff: Please make sure to settle your payments by 5:00 PM on the day of the session.
Waitlist Reminder: If we haven't received your payment by 5:00 PM, we'll need to open up your spot to the next awesome player waiting on the list!
💳 How to Pay
Go Cashless: All payments are QR code only—no cash, please!
The Official Code: Use only the official GCash QR code pinned or posted in our Reclub Chat.
Check Your Status First: Please don't pay until you're officially moved off the waitlist and onto the confirmed player list. Once you're approved, you're good to scan and pay!
