Participant Waiver & Indemnity
By participating in any event, activity, game, training session, social gathering, tournament, or program organized by Pickle Flickers Pickleball Club (“the Club”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
Participation in pickleball and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, weather-related hazards, and physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Fitness to Participate
You confirm that you are physically fit and medically able to participate in Club activities. You are responsible for consulting a medical professional if you have any concerns regarding your health or ability to participate.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge the Club, its organizers, volunteers, officers, members, sponsors, venue operators, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in Club activities.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club, its organizers, volunteers, officers, members, sponsors, venue operators, and affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your actions, negligence, misconduct, or breach of these terms during any Club activity.
Personal Property
The Club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought to Club events
Acceptance
By registering for, attending, or participating in any Club activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver and Indemnity.
