5. 場地與身體安全 (Safety Rules):
裝備合適： 穿著合適的室內運動鞋/防護工具
喊聲提示： 當球飛入隔壁球場時，請即時高喊「Ball in!」以防其他人踩球受傷。
量力而為： 熱身充足才上場，如感到不適請立即休息。

1. Enjoy Pickleball: Build a fun, high-energy community where every member can truly experience the joy and passion of the game.
2. Gain Improvements Together: Support and encourage each other through regular sessions, friendly matches, and skill-sharing to elevate everyone’s game.
3. Respect Others: Foster an inclusive, welcoming, and sportsmanlike environment by respecting all teammates, opponents, and court etiquette.
4. Fair Rotation & Courtesy: Follow the club’s court rotation rules so everyone gets equal playing time.
5. Prioritize Safety: Promote proper techniques and safety awareness to ensure a secure, injury-free environment for everyone to play with peace of mind.

Liability Waiver & Disclaimer:
1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk: All participants acknowledge and agree that participation in any activity organized by "Pickleball Champs" is strictly voluntary. Participants knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with the activity (including, but not limited to, bodily injury, illness, or death).
2. Limitation of Liability: The club, its founders, organizers, and event hosts shall not be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by any participant during or as a result of club activities.
3. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for, attending, or participating in any club activity, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this disclaimer.

2. 如因天氣/埸地問題引致活動取消 場主會盡快處理退款
1. No refunds will be accepted for personal reasons within 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
2. If the event is canceled due to bad weather or venue issues, the host will process the refund as soon as possible.
