The Big Di*nK Pickleball Club is a community built around a simple idea: we play, we learn, and we improve together.
We are a diverse group of individuals brought together by our shared love for pickleball. We come from different professions, experiences, and sporting backgrounds, and each of us brings something different to the court. Some may have years of athletic experience, some may have technical knowledge to share, and others may simply be discovering the game for the first time.
Here, nobody is expected to know everything.
We believe that everyone has something to teach and something to learn.
Our members include people with backgrounds in education, competitive sports, martial arts, quality assurance, operations, technical support, leadership, session management, and coaching. Those different experiences give us different ways of looking at movement, strategy, communication, teamwork, discipline, and the game itself.
But titles stay outside the court.
On the court, we are players learning from players.
We want experienced players to freely share what they know, developing players to feel comfortable asking questions and experimenting, and beginners to find a community where improvement is encouraged rather than judged.
Competition will always be part of the sport, and of course, we want to win. But winning isn’t the only measure of progress. A better serve, a smarter decision, improved footwork, finally understanding a difficult shot, helping a teammate improve, or simply enjoying a great game with good people—those are victories too.
We want to build more than a group of people who happen to play at the same court.
We want to build friendships, sportsmanship, shared knowledge, healthy competition, and a community where people genuinely enjoy improving together.
We will make mistakes.
We will lose games.
We will experiment with things that don’t work.
We will meet players who know far more than we do.
And that’s exactly why we keep learning.
Because The Big Di*nK Pickleball Club isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about getting better—together.
Different people. Different experiences. One community. One love for the game.
