Expect open plays, fun games, and friendly competition where you can meet new people, improve your game, and enjoy every rally.

Tsukemono Pickleball Club (TPC) organizers, venue management, and participants are not liable for injuries or illness.

🏓 PICKLEBALL OPEN PLAY WAIVER
By joining our Open Play, you agree that:
• Pickleball is an active sport and comes with risks such as slips, falls, collisions, and injuries. Please play within your limits and at your own risk.
• You agree to follow the court rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from our staff.
• You are responsible for your own health, personal belongings, and any medical expenses that may arise from participation.
• By joining the Open Play, you agree to release Tsukemono Pickleball Club (TPC), its staff, and representatives from liability for injuries or loss arising from your participation, to the extent permitted by law.
For participants under 18: A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and accept this waiver on behalf of the minor before participation. Minors must also comply with all court and safety rules.
By booking or joining this Open Play, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
