如與朋友一齊參加, 學習更容易、有效果和好玩。)\n\n教練陪練習活動主要是從與教練的對打中體驗練習內容和實際應用, 即使參加者之間水平有差異亦可。參加者需能無壓力情況下8成以上穩定地擊球和控制方向, 已有打games經驗, 懂球例、正反手持拍方法、雙打站位、發接發上網、第三拍過渡、在NVZ取勝、避免出錯、願意加強步法, 講解時不再重複。報名前請務必先查看活動詳細內容(Details)、付款、場地gps安排。\n\n請準時出席, 遲到會錯過部份講解, 因會影響其他人進度, 故不會重複。各自伸展後, 先少熱身,教練從中看出整體參加者程度和個別參加者的程度而盡量因材施教。教練陪練習,以多球練習形式進行,每位學員均有機會與教練對打練習, 包括Dink (Set up) & Speed-up (Win) \u002F 發接發Setup上網(speedy spin) \u002F 第三拍上網扭轉劣勢 \u002F Reset重置 \u002F Soft Block vs Hard Drive \u002F Stacking雙壓Setup \u002F Others \u002F 打短games (選二、三項)。會講解每一項練習的要求和動作示範, 如遇理解困難可詢問清楚。能穩定地處理以上技能, 是進階和提升水平的必經之路。\n\n練習以廣東話溝通 (如果需要用英語, 需另外聯絡教練, 自組練習小班)。 場地在地鐵站步行约6-7分鐘不曬街場(約5:30後不曬), 近停車場, 最近洗手間在附近商場。練習需自備球拍、戴護目鏡、平底防滑鞋 (羽毛球\u002F網球\u002F匹克球\u002F乒乓球鞋)。 運動短褲或裙, 可以袋兩、三個球。\n\n付款:\n需以 PayMe link
