• Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) before the session.

Cancellations made WITHIN 48 hours will still be charged the full amount, unless you can find a replacement to take your place. Please inform us at least one day in advance.

• No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable and will be allocated to club funds

• Respect the Game & the Group
Arrive on time, bring your own paddle

• Inform the admin as soon as possible if you can’t attend so your slot can be given to another player
