如與朋友一齊參加, 學習更容易、有效果和好玩。)\n\n教練陪練習活動主要是從與教練的對打中體驗練習內容和實際應用, 即使參加者之間水平有差異亦可。參加者需能無壓力情況下8成以上穩定地擊球和控制方向, 已有打games經驗, 懂球例、正反手持拍方法、雙打站位、發接發上網、第三拍過渡、在NVZ取勝、避免出錯、願意加強步法, 發接發Setup上網(speedy spin) \u002F 第三拍上網扭轉劣勢 \u002F Reset重置 \u002F Soft Block vs Hard Drive \u002F Stacking雙壓Setup \u002F Others \u002F 打短games (選二、三項)。會講解每一項練習的要求和動作示範, 如遇理解困難可詢問清楚。能穩定地處理以上技能,
