Check the Open Play Schedule\n\nAll Open Play schedules and available slots are posted on Reclub.\n\nChoose your preferred date and time, check that slots are still available, and submit your request to join.\n\n2. Pay and Upload Your Receipt\n\nIf slots are available, complete the required Open Play payment and upload your receipt or proof of payment directly through Reclub.\n\nPlease make sure that:\n\n• Your payment is for the correct session, date, and time.\n• The payment amount is correct.\n• Your receipt clearly shows the transaction details.\n• Your receipt is uploaded through Reclub.\n\nOnly receipts uploaded through Reclub will be prioritized for verification.\n\nReceipts sent through private messages, DMs, or other chat channels will not secure your slot. You must upload the receipt through Reclub for proper verification.\n\nDO NOT SEND PAYMENT IF THE SESSION IS ALREADY FULL.\n\n3. Wait for Payment Verification\n\nOur Admin will review your request, verify your payment, and check the session availability.\n\nYour slot is secured only when:\n\n• Your payment has been verified; and\n• Your Reclub status shows Confirmed or Accepted.\n\nA request or uploaded payment receipt does not automatically guarantee a slot.\n\n4. Pay the Club Pass at Reception\n\nThe ₱100 Canopy Club Pass per person is separate from the Open Play fee.\n\nIt must be paid at the reception upon arrival at The Canopy Pickleyard.\n\n5. Check In and Play\n\nOnce your Reclub status shows Confirmed, your Open Play slot is officially secured.\n\nPlease arrive a few minutes before the session and check in with our reception team.\n\n━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━\n\nOPEN PLAY POLICIES\n\nCHECK AVAILABILITY BEFORE PAYING\n\nAlways check Reclub before sending payment.\n\nDo not send payment if the session is already marked FULL.\n\nCONFIRMED BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE\n\nNo refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations, change of plans, illness, work conflicts, transportation problems, late arrivals, or no-shows.\n\nRefunds will only be considered when the cancellation or booking issue was caused by The Canopy Pickleyard and approved by management.\n\nSLOT TRANSFERS ARE ALLOWED\n\nIf you cannot attend, you may find another player to take or purchase your slot.\n\nThe following rules apply:\n\n• You are responsible for finding your replacement.\n• Canopy will not find, advertise, or arrange a replacement on your behalf.\n• You must notify Canopy before the session.\n• You must provide the replacement player’s full name and Reclub account.\n• The transfer is valid only after Canopy confirms and records the change.\n• Payments between the original and replacement players must be settled privately.\n• An unreported or unapproved replacement may be denied entry.\n• Transferring your slot does not make the original booking eligible for a refund.\n\nLIMITED SLOTS\n\nOpen Play sessions have limited capacity and are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.\n\nSubmitting a request or payment does not guarantee a slot.
