Your attendance will be logged into PickleQ before you are allowed to enter the playing queue.\n\n🚫 No paddle stacking\n🚫 No self-queuing\n🚫 No skipping the queue\n\n🏓 Just check in, follow the queue, and enjoy the games!\n\n• All players are expected to follow the designated Picklerlobby rotation system throughout the session. \n⸻\n\nII. 📝 REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION\n\nSlot Confirmation\n\n• Registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt and verification of payment.\n• Slots are allocated on a First-to-Pay, First-Confirmed basis.\n\nPayment Validation\n\n• Participants must upload their proof of payment through the designated Payment Tab.\n• A slot will only be considered secured once payment has been verified.\n\nRescheduling\n\n• Requests for rescheduling must be submitted at least four (4) hours before the scheduled session.\n• Requests submitted beyond this period may no longer be accommodated.\n\nRefund Policy\n\n• All session fees are strictly non-refundable.\n\n⸻\n\nIII. 🤝 CODE OF CONDUCT\n\nSportsmanship\n\n• All players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, integrity, respect, and fairness throughout the session.\n• Players must make honest line calls and respect the decisions of fellow players.\n\nCourt Etiquette\n\n• Observe proper court decorum at all times.\n• Retrieve balls promptly and efficiently.\n• Avoid unnecessary delays between games.\n• Be ready to transition promptly when your game or rotation ends.\n\nDiscipline\n\nThe following will not be tolerated:\n\n• Harassment or bullying\n• Verbal abuse or offensive behavior\n• Disrespect toward players, organizers, or venue staff\n• Intentional misconduct\n• Reckless or unsafe play\n\nViolations may result in immediate removal from the session without refund.\n\n⸻\n\nIV. ⚠️ LIABILITY WAIVER\n\nBy participating in any MAPC session, players acknowledge and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with playing pickleball.\n\nThe Maia Alta Pickleball Club (MAPC), its organizers, venue management, staff, volunteers, and affiliates shall be held free and harmless from liability arising from:\n\n1.
