Warm-up (Mini Tennis Rally): We begin with 10–15 minutes of \"Mini Tennis\" (hitting from the service box) to find our rhythm, loosen up our muscles, and get a feel for the ball before moving to the baseline.\n\n2. Rotation: We rotate partners\u002Fopponents regularly to ensure you get to play with and against different people.\n\n🏁 Match Scoring Formats:\nTo keep the games fast-paced and ensure everyone gets plenty of court time, we utilize the following formats:\n\n1. 7-Point Tie-breaker: A quick, high-intensity match format where the first pair to reach 7 points (with a 2-point lead) wins the game.\n\n2. First to 15 Points: A great format for shorter sessions or when we want to keep the movement constant. No ad-scoring; the next point wins if the score hits 14-14.\n\n3. Pro-Set (No-Ad): We play to 4 or 6 games. If the score reaches deuce, we play a \"Deciding Point\" (No-Ad)—the receiver chooses which side to receive the serve from, and the winner of that point takes the game.\n\n4. Timed Matches: We set a timer for 15–20 minutes per round. The pair leading when the buzzer sounds wins the round.\n\nNote: The specific scoring format for the session will be decided by the group based on the number of attendees and available court time.\n\n🎾 Equipment: Please bring your own racket.
