1️⃣ Request to join on Reclub (slot confirmed after payment)
2️⃣ Pay to lock your slot (first paid, first confirmed)
3️⃣ Send proof of payment via Payment Tab (include name + ref #)

• Auto-waitlisted if full
• Slots may open via transfers/cancellations
• No payment verification = no confirmation
🏓 FORMAT
• Paddle stacking rotation system
• Fair rotations, max playtime
• All skill levels welcome (unless specified)
📋 POLICIES
• No refunds
• Slots transferable (must inform organizer)
• Skill-based grouping may apply
• Be on time to maximize court time
• Respect players, venue, and game flow
