Welcome to Pew Pew Pickleball!
We're just a group of close friends who fell in love with pickleball and decided to build a community around it. We started by inviting friends to play, and we're excited to meet more people who simply enjoy the game and good company.
Our meetups are pretty laid-back. We play to have fun, get some exercise, improve our game, and hang out with each other. No pressure, no drama—just good games and good vibes.
Most of the time, we don't strictly follow Open Play matchmaking. Sometimes we do if there are a lot of players, but usually we just mix things up and play with whoever wants to jump in. The goal is for everyone to enjoy their time on the court.
A few things we value:
* 🤝 Be kind and respectful to everyone.
* 🏓 Cheer each other on and help newer players.
* 😄 Play hard, laugh harder.
* ❤️ Remember that we're here to have fun.
Since we started as a close group of friends, there may be an occasional meetup that's reserved for our friend group or has limited slots because of court availability. But we'll also be hosting open sessions where everyone is welcome, and we'd love to see you there!
