💥club function:
(1) recreational pickleball activities with local community focus
- meet other enthusiastic players
- promote local sports tourism and businesses
(2) facilitate skill improvement, social and exercise by having meaningful court time:
- balancing cost and players per court
- active paddle queue/shuffle control
(3) encourage fair, sportsmanship & inclusive culture:
- accomodate/guide beginner level players
- accomodate/guide players new to open sessions/reclub
(4) the club aims for average player level of 2.5
- keep in mind to create necessary/suitable matchups
- player mentors to provide tips when asked for
- the more you discuss, the more you learn
(5) fun is the byproduct when we do all the above well
