The four Fs:
1. Faith: We run to honor the One who gave us the strength to move. This is our worship in motion.
2. Fitness: Being a good steward means taking care of our health. We’re here to honor God with our bodies, getting stronger and healthier, one kilometer at a time.
3. Fellowship: Nobody's left behind! We’re here to support and encourage one another. All runners of all levels are welcome - we have 4 pace groups: walking, run walk, continuous run and intermediate.
4. Food: Thanks to our kind members, everyone gets to eat free snacks at the end of our run!
