SMASHING MACHINES COMMUNITY RULES 🫧🏸✨
Welcome to SMASHING MACHINES Badminton Community! To ensure everyone has a great time on and off the court, please follow these guidelines:
USE RECLUB FOR GAME SIGN-UPS: Club Members are welcome to join posted Meets/Events. Approved players may request +1 thru Reclub app, subject to Admin approval. Also, ensure any person you invite is aware of our Policies and Guidelines. Club Members are responsible for the conduct of the guests they bring to the Community.
GAME KUDOS: Appreciating and complimenting a player’s skill on the court helps boost confidence, highlight key strengths, and identify areas for improvement. If you can, please leave honest kudos to each player after every game based on their skillset. This can either be those you’ve played with or by observation/watching their games.
KEEP THE CHATS RELEVANT: Ensure discussions are focused on badminton-related topics. Avoid sending "Good Morning" chain messages, political posts, or unrelated advertisements.
PROTECT PERSONAL INFO: Respect the privacy of all members. Do not share another member’s phone number (if visible in the platform), social media profiles, or personal photos outside of this community without their explicit consent. Also as much as possible, please refrain from sending private messages (DMs) to members you haven't met or spoken to yet, especially for non-badminton purposes. Let’s keep the interaction within the community chat unless both parties are comfortable moving to private. We are committed to keeping this Community a safe space for everyone.
MEDIA SHARING AND ETIQUETTE: This Community is also one of our platforms for sharing photos and videos from our games. But please be mindful when recording video or taking photos during games. If a member asks not to be filmed or requests a photo be removed, please honor that immediately.
CONFIDENTIALITY: What happens in the community stays in the community. Do not forward screenshots of internal discussions or sensitive group information to outside parties.
BE RESPECTFUL and INCLUSIVE: No bullying, hate speech, or offensive language. We do not tolerate rude behavior towards the QMs or fellow players.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
*Anyone can volunteer as umpire.
*Return used shuttlecocks to the Admins/QM.
*Same day cancellation fees apply to help out with the court fee.
*Player contributions are announced in the Reclub Meet Chat before the game. Please settle asap once announced and send proof of payment. (MOP: GCASH only)
*Please follow the facility rules and regulations as to not have problems with future reservations.
*CLAYGO. We kindly ask the players to help clean up the area after our games —- used shuttlecocks, small trash, plastic bottles and wrappers, if any.
