All payments are final. Slots cannot be credited, refunded, or rescheduled to a future Open Play.

Open Play will generally proceed regardless of weather conditions. It is the sole discretion and responsibility of each player to decide whether it is safe to attend.
⚠️ Open Play will only be canceled if the courts become completely unplayable or if the surrounding roads are officially declared impassable.

If you are unable to attend (due to weather or any other reason), you may sell or transfer your slot to another player. Please inform us in advance so we can update the player lineup accordingly.
