Welcome to Paddle Pals! 💙 Our goal is to create a fun, friendly, and respectful community where everyone can enjoy the game.
📌 PAYMENT FIRST BEFORE PLAY
Payment must be completed BEFORE joining the game.
Your slot is only confirmed once payment has been received.
❌ No payment = No confirmed slot
❌ No confirmed payment = Slot may be given to another player
🚫 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once your slot has been paid and confirmed, cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute changes are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
If you can no longer attend, you may coordinate with the organizers regarding a possible slot replacement, subject to approval. The original payment remains non-refundable.
🎾 MINI CLUB RULES
1. Respect Everyone
Treat fellow players, organizers, and staff with respect. Keep the court friendly and welcoming.
2. Play Fair
No intentional cheating, arguments, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
3. Be On Time ⏰
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled play time.
4. Court Etiquette
Share the court fairly, follow the assigned game rotation, and be considerate of players waiting for their turn.
5. Take Care of the Venue
Keep the courts and facilities clean and respect the venue and equipment.
6. Follow the Organizers
Please cooperate with the game organizers and follow the assigned schedules, rotations, and court arrangements.
