Where good vibes meet great rallies! We PAT each other on the back with good sportsmanship and TAP into friendship, fun, and good times on the court.

We're all about building friendships, enjoying clean and friendly games, and getting better together—one dink, one rally, and one laugh at a time!

🏓 PAT & TAP’S GENERAL RULES, TERMS, POLICIES, INFORMATION, AND GUIDELINES 📋


🎒 WHAT TO BRING

- Bring your own paddle, non-skid court shoes, water tumbler, sports accessories, and other essentials. 🎾
- Optional (but preferred): high energy, good vibes, a friendly smile, and over-the-top enthusiasm. 😄
- Paddle rentals and drinking water are available at the venue 💧

🏟️ COURT ALLOCATION & GAME FORMAT

- Maximum of 10 players per court. 👥
- 1 court: Win-lose paddle stacking. 🏆
- 2 or more courts: Court queues and rotation tools apps will be used to keep games fair and balanced. 🔄
- Arrive and check in 10 minutes early to get settled, maximize our court time and avoid delays for everyone. ⏰
- 3-minute dinking before the game starts 🏓
- Games are played to 11 points, with NO DEUCE. First to 11, wins! 💪
- Fixed partners for the entire duration of the OP is not allowed, unless a court is designated for them. 👥

📝 REGISTRATION POLICY

- Tap "Request to Join"
- All players who requested to join will automatically be added to the CONFIRMED list. ✅
- Unpaid players will be moved to the WAITLISTED list 48 hours before the OP begins. ⏳
- Waitlisted players will be confirmed to play only after payment. 💳
- DO NOT send payment if the meet is already FULL.** 🚫

💸 PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

- Pay via GCash using the PAYMENT tab. 📲
- Once payment is complete, upload your payment receipt in the PAYMENT tab. 🧾
- Once your payment is validated, you’ll be moved to the CONFIRMED list and officially become an OP participant. ✅

🔄 CANCELLATION POLICY

- All payments are FINAL. 💳
- If you’re unable to join, inform the organizers at least 4 hours before the OP begins to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, the OP fee will not be refunded. ⏰
- You may find a replacement, but you must tell the organizers who the replacement is. 🔁

🩹 INJURIES & ACCIDENTS

- Pickleball is a physical activity that carries risks of injury. These may include slips, falls, collisions with players or equipment, being struck by a ball or paddle, muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries. You participate at your own discretion and accept the ordinary risks associated with playing and attending this event. ⚠️
- Participants are responsible for deciding whether they are fit to play. Stop playing if you feel unwell or become injured. 🛑
- By joining this event, participants release the club and its organizers from claims for injuries arising from the ordinary risks of participation. 📄

🎒 LOST ITEMS

- The club and its organizers are not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or left unattended during or in connection with the event. 🔒
- Keep track of your belongings and secure your valuables during open play. 👀

🌧️ FORTUITOUS EVENTS

- OP fees are nonrefundable if a fortuitous event—such as a typhoon, monsoon, flood, or earthquake—affects the event, UNLESS the venue cancels the booking. 🌪️
- If the venue does not cancel the booking, the open play will continue for its full scheduled duration. 🏟️
- If the venue cancels the booking, the club will inform participants and share any refund or rescheduling arrangements. 📢

🤝 COURT COURTESY

- Be respectful, communicate clearly, and make calls honestly. 🗣️
- Give each game your best effort, and keep play safe and friendly. 😊
- Rotate promptly when your game ends so everyone gets a fair chance to play. 🔄
