The PPLM Pickleball and Legal Masters is a community of legal professionals united by two passions: Advancing Access to Justice and Advancing the Ball.
Committed to promoting legal aid, equal protection, and meaningful access to justice for indigent persons and other underserved members of society, the Club believes that every person deserves a fair day in court—and every member deserves a fair game on the pickleball court.
What began as a social activity for members soon became a regular practice, where legal minds met, rallies grew longer, and friendly competition became a matter of court record. From casual play within the Chapter, the Club progressed to inter-chapter and regional competitions, eventually earning the honor of representing in the Nationals.
With teamwork as its precedent, discipline as its due process, and sportsmanship as its governing law, the Club continues to serve both the community and the court—one legal-aid initiative and one pickleball rally at a time.
Its ultimate objective is clear: To promote access to justice for those who need it most while giving its members access to courts of another kind. Thus, the members proudly take on the name: "Pickleball and Legal Masters", where justice is served, rallies are heard, and every point is argued—on and off the court.
