TERRE ARENA PADEL CLUB MEMBERSHIP
TERM & CONDITIONS
SCOPE OF ACCESS
This membership is exclusively valid for community game sessions organized by
Terre Arena Padel Club and hosted on Reclub. It does not apply to court
rentals or other community sessions outside the membership program.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY
This membership is strictly personal and linked to the registered account. It is
non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
MEMBERSHIP DURATION
Each membership cycle is valid for one calendar month, from the first day
through the last day of the month.
MINIMUM PLAYERS & SESSION CANCELLATION
Each Open Play Session requires a minimum of 4 confirmed players to proceed.
If the minimum number of players is not reached, Terre Arena reserves the right
to cancel or reschedule the session.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Once you have been added to a participant list on Reclub, your spot is reserved
for you and your fellow players. Please be considerate and avoid cancelling or
missing a session without notice. A no-show will be subject to a penalty fee—
think of it as the price of leaving your spot “uneaten” at an all-you-can-eat buffet.
Three no-shows within the same membership cycle will result in membership
suspension.
GENERAL
Terre Arena reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel Open Play
Sessions when necessary due to operational requirements, special events, court
availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable
control.
Terre Arena reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions
when necessary. Any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be communicated to
members through the official Terre Arena communication channels.
Terre Arena reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in the event
of misuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated violations of these Terms & Condition.
