📌 REGISTRATION PROCESS
1. Send a join request to the group.
2. Check the updated player list to confirm that slots are still available.
3. Wait for your join request to be approved before making any payment to avoid any confusion.
4. Please do not send payment if the session is already full.
📋 CONFIRMED PLAYERS LIST
Your name will be added to the official player list once your payment has been verified.
Cash payments will be accepted on-site. However, priority will be given to players who have secured their slots through GCash payment in advance.
⚠️ CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY
• Cancellations or schedule changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the session.
• For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled playtime, payments are non-refundable and non-rebookable. You may, however, transfer your slot to another player.
• No-shows and unused slots will be considered forfeited
⚠️ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
• Players are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled session.
• Late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds, credits, extensions, or partial reimbursements for any missed playing time.
• If a player arrives after the session has started, they may still join the game, subject to court availability and rotation rules, but the missed portion of their reserved time will be forfeited.
⚠️ DISCLAIMER & WAIVER
By participating in our sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
☔️ UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control (such as heavy rain, flooding, power outages, venue issues, or similar situations) that prevent the Open Play session from proceeding as scheduled:
• If the Open Play session has not yet started, all registered players will receive a full refund.
• If the Open Play session has already started and is interrupted or terminated due to unforeseen circumstances, players will be refunded ₱50 per unconsumed hour of court time remaining in the session.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
We appreciate your understanding, as these situations are beyond the control of both the organizers and the venue.
• Late arrivals will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for refunds.
⛔️ ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
Pickleball is a physical sport that involves inherent risks. By joining, you confirm that you are in suitable condition to participate and voluntarily accept any risks associated with the activity.
❤️🩹 PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are responsible for their own belongings and well-being. CHEF'S KITCHEN organizers and the venue shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, or theft that may occur before, during, or after the session.
