To keep Dink Story safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone:
🏓 COURT & PLAY
* Please observe proper court etiquette at all times.
* Respect other players, staff, and facility equipment.
* Follow assigned court schedules and playing time.
* Return balls and equipment after use.
* Keep walkways and playing areas clear.
* Please wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking court shoes.
* Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.
🚫 NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS
* Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the pickleball playing area.
* Food and drinks may be purchased from PureHeart Coffee Shop and Jampong’s Eats.
* Water in appropriate sports bottles is permitted in designated areas.
🚭 NO SMOKING & NO VAPING
* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the facility.
* No cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, or related smoking products are allowed inside the premises.
* Please use only designated areas if smoking is permitted outside the facility.
🤝 RESPECT THE COMMUNITY
* No abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior.
* No aggressive conduct toward players, staff, or guests.
* Keep noise at a reasonable level.
* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult when applicable.
* Management reserves the right to ask guests who violate house rules to leave the premises.

⚠️ PARTICIPATION WAIVER, INJURY ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCOUNTABILITY
By entering the facility, booking a court, participating in pickleball activities, using equipment, attending clinics or events, or using any related services, each guest acknowledges and agrees that:
• Pickleball and related activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, strains, sprains, fractures, heat-related illness, and other injuries.
• Participation is voluntary, and each participant is responsible for assessing their own physical condition and ability to participate safely.
• Participants should consult a qualified medical professional before participating if they have any health concerns, injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations.
• Participants are responsible for warming up, staying hydrated, using appropriate footwear and equipment, following safety instructions, and playing within their abilities.
• Participants must immediately stop playing and notify staff if they feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms.
• Dink Story Pickleball Haus, its owners, employees, coaches, contractors, affiliates, and service providers are not responsible for injuries, illness, loss, damage, or other claims arising from participation, except to the extent caused by applicable law or the facility’s proven negligence or willful misconduct.
• Each participant accepts responsibility for their own actions and agrees to be accountable for damage caused by their intentional, reckless, or negligent conduct.
• Participants must follow all posted rules, staff instructions, court procedures, and safety requirements.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Dink Story Pickleball Haus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• In an emergency, participants authorize facility staff to seek reasonable medical assistance on their behalf. Participants understand that they are responsible for any resulting medical, transportation, or treatment costs.
• Parents or legal guardians must provide consent and accept these terms on behalf of minors. Minors must be supervised as required by facility policy.
By participating in activities at Dink Story Pickleball Haus, each guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and the facility’s house rules. This waiver is intended to supplement, not replace, any separate registration, membership, booking, or liability forms required by Dink Story Pickleball Haus.
