🔵 HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR SLOT
• Make your payment first.
• Send your proof of payment in the Open Play Group Chat.
• Slots are confirmed strictly according to the timestamp of the payment screenshot sent in the Group Chat.
• FIRST PAYMENT SCREENSHOT SENT = FIRST SLOT CONFIRMED.
• Only payment screenshots sent in the designated Open Play Group Chat will be recognized for slot confirmation.

🔵 IMPORTANT
• Private messages/DMs will NOT be acknowledged for reservations or slot confirmation.
• All reservations and payment proofs must be sent in the Open Play Group Chat.
• Plus 1: A separate payment and payment screenshot are required for each additional player.
• Slot priority is determined by the Group Chat timestamp of the payment screenshot.
• Slots are limited and are given on a FIRST SCREENSHOT SENT, FIRST CONFIRMED basis.
• The Zone Sports Center has a separate ₱80 entrance fee per person, which is NOT included in the Open Play fee.

⚠️ BACKOUT POLICY
If you can no longer attend after securing your slot:
• NO REFUND will be given for backouts.
• You may sell or transfer your own slot to another player.
• You are responsible for finding your own replacement.
• Once you have found a replacement, inform the Open Play Group Chat and provide the replacement player’s name.
• Private messages will not be considered as official notice of a slot transfer.

🚨 PAID BUT NO SLOT AVAILABLE
If you have already paid but did not get a slot because all slots were already taken, your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
You have 2 OPTIONS:
1. NEXT OPEN PLAY
Your payment may be transferred to the immediately following Open Play, scheduled one week later.
This transfer is valid for ONE (1) NEXT OPEN PLAY ONLY.
If you do not use the payment for the immediately following Open Play, the payment will be FORFEITED.
If more than two (2) weeks have passed from the original Open Play, the payment is automatically considered FORFEITED.
2. FORFEIT
You may choose to forfeit the payment immediately.
NO CASH REFUND WILL BE ISSUED for payments made when no slot was available.
IMPORTANT: Please check the Group Chat for current slot availability before sending payment. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT ONCE ALL SLOTS ARE FULL.

✅ IF OPEN PLAY IS CANCELLED
If the Open Play is officially cancelled by the organizer, all affected payments will be REFUNDED IN FULL.
This is the ONLY circumstance where a cash refund will be issued.

UNPAID RSVPs WILL NOT BE RESERVED.
PRIVATE MESSAGES/DMs WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED FOR RESERVATIONS.
ONLY PAYMENT SCREENSHOTS SENT IN THE OPEN PLAY GROUP CHAT WILL BE RECOGNIZED.
SLOT PRIORITY IS BASED ON THE GROUP CHAT TIMESTAMP OF THE PAYMENT SCREENSHOT.
FIRST SCREENSHOT SENT = FIRST SLOT CONFIRMED.
BACKOUT = NO REFUND. SELL/TRANSFER YOUR OWN SLOT AND INFORM THE GROUP CHAT.
PAID BUT NO SLOT AVAILABLE = NON-REFUNDABLE → 2 OPTIONS: NEXT OPEN PLAY OR FORFEIT.
NEXT OPEN PLAY TRANSFER = VALID FOR ONE (1) OPEN PLAY ONLY, ONE WEEK LATER.
MORE THAN TWO (2) WEEKS PASSED = PAYMENT IS FORFEITED.
OPEN PLAY CANCELLED BY ORGANIZER = FULL REFUND.
BY SENDING PAYMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE.
