• Confirmed slots are non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel, you may coordinate directly with a waitlisted player to take over your slot and arrange reimbursement personally.
• If no waitlisted player is available, you may find a substitute player/friend to take your slot.
• If the slot is not filled by a waitlisted or substitute player, the payment will be forfeited.
