Welcome to Kairo Pickleball Open Play! This community is open to all skill levels.

Sign up Process:
1. Click “Request to join”
- Once you request, please wait to be moved to the waitlist.
2. Payment
- Once in the waitlist, we have a payment first system. Please pay the fee via GCash before getting moved to the confirmed slots.

3. Attachment
- After paying, please attach the proof of payment of the Payment tab and upload the receipt
- You may also opt to send it in the chat box tab and mention any of the organizer’s names to be recognized.
4. Confirmed
- You are confirmed to play! See you at the court!
- If the CONFIRMED participants are already full, DO NOT pay the entry fee, even if you are already on the waitlist
ADDITIONAL REMINDERS
- We will accommodate a maximum of 27 players. This is to ensure everyone has a good amount of playing time.
- After every game, leave the ball back on the court for the next players to use.
- Parking is available outside the covered court. If parking is full, you can park along AC (Assumption College) San Lorenzo. It is just beside the court.
- CANCELLATION is valid, if you message the organizers and have it processed 12 hours before. We will refund your payment as long as you inform ahead of time.
- Cut-off time for last payments is at 4:30 pm of the same day. Please use your First and Last name in Reclub so that it is easy for us to monitor who enters the OP. For those using fake names and really chooses not to change, message the public chat your First and Last name after your payment. Failure to do this will not move you up to the accepted list of participants.
- If you have any questions/trouble, don’t hesitate to look and ask for any of the organizers.
- Please follow court etiquette. If a ball from another court goes to yours while playing, stop your game. Get the ball to give it back to any of the players at the other court.
- Upon entry in the village, just tell the guard Winrich Yao, covered court, Pickleball.
- Avoid bringing friends and family who are simply there to watch if you are not going to participate in the OP. We are still inside a gated community and we have to respect the rules of the village. This is for proper crowd control to avoid unnecessary congestion.
