Welcome to Paddle Puff! Let's keep every game safe, fun, and enjoyable for everyone.
## General Rules
* By joining our Open Play, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate.
* Always wear proper sports attire and non-marking sports shoes while on the court.
* Play responsibly and prioritize the safety of yourself and others.
* Always show respect towards fellow players, organizers, and admins. 🥒🩷
## Waiver of Liability
By participating in Paddle Puff Open Play, you acknowledge and agree that:
* The court owner and Paddle Puff organizers are **not liable** for any injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or any unforeseen incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
* You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your health and safety.
## Cancellation & Refund Policy
* **Payment First Policy** – Your slot is confirmed only after payment has been received.
* If you need to cancel, please inform the admins as soon as possible.
* Cancellations made **at least 12 hours before** the Open Play may have the payment credited to your next Open Play schedule.
* **Refunds may not be available** as payments are used to secure court reservations.
* All Open Play schedules will be **locked/frozen 12 hours before** the scheduled start time. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after this period.
## Cash Payments
* If you prefer to pay in cash, please notify the admins first so we can confirm and reserve your slot.
