Community Rules & Guidelines
Welcome to Picklers Domain! Our goal is to create a fun, safe, inclusive, and respectful pickleball community exclusively for Grass Residences residents.
By joining our group and participating in club activities, you agree to the following:
1. Membership Eligibility
Picklers Domain is primarily intended for:
• Grass Residences Residents
• Unit Owners
• Long-Term Tenants
This helps us manage court reservations, player slots, and facility access more efficiently.
2. Guest Policy
Guests are welcome during designated Open Play sessions provided that:
• The hosting resident secures all required permits and clearances before the event.
• The hosting resident assumes responsibility for their guest's conduct.
• Guests must follow all Picklers Domain rules and Grass Residences regulations.
Failure to comply with guest requirements may result in restrictions on future guest participation.
3. Respect Everyone
Treat all members with respect both on and off the court.
We do not tolerate:
• Harassment
• Bullying
• Discrimination
• Personal attacks
• Offensive language
• Unsportsmanlike conduct
Let's make every player feel welcome regardless of age, skill level, or experience.
4. Sportsmanship First
Play competitively, but always with integrity.
Members are expected to:
• Respect opponents and partners
• Accept calls gracefully
• Encourage fellow players
• Celebrate wins humbly
• Learn from losses positively
Remember: Relationships are more important than the score.
5. Build Community
Picklers Domain is more than a pickleball club.
We encourage members to:
• Welcome new players
• Help beginners learn the game
• Promote friendship and camaraderie
• Support community activities
• Foster a positive club culture
6. Respect the Venue
The pickleball courts and surrounding facilities are shared community spaces.
Please:
• Dispose of trash properly
• Keep personal belongings organized
• Return equipment after use
• Avoid damaging facilities
• Follow all Grass Residences rules and policies
Leave the venue cleaner than you found it.
7. Court Reservations & Open Play
Members must respect scheduled playing times and reservations.
Please:
• Arrive on time
• Honor your commitments
• Inform organizers if unable to attend
• Allow fair court rotation during busy sessions
Repeated no-shows may affect future slot allocations.
8. Safety Comes First
Play responsibly.
Members should:
• Warm up properly
• Use appropriate footwear
• Stay hydrated
• Report unsafe conditions immediately
Participation is voluntary and at each player's own risk.
9. Group Conduct
This Facebook Group is intended for:
