Equal Playtime: The system ensures everyone gets an equal amount of court time.
Smart Matchmaking: No more wondering who’s next—the software handles the queue so you can focus on your dinks!
📋 THE COURT & SLOT PLAN
We intelligently scale courts for the perfect player-to-court ratio:
Under 12 Players: 1 Court reserved (High-intensity rotation).
14+ Players: 2 Courts reserved (Simultaneous matches).
Format: Software-managed rotation. Games are to 11 points (Standard rules).
💳 REGISTRATION & FEES
Rate: ₱185 per player (Includes 3 hours of play, balls, and access to our new rotation tech!)
Payment: Secure your spot via GCash: 09178878634 (Sheroick Yulo)
Slot Confirmation: To lock in court #2 and your spot in the system, send your screenshot via GCash message or DM. Early payment drives the court expansion!
🎒 SESSION CHECKLIST
✅ Gear: (Limited demo paddles available for first-timers! Bring your own if you have it.)
💧 Hydration: Bring your refillable water bottle! VMMC is an outdoor venue; stay hydrated.
👟 Footwear: Note: Clean, non-marking court/tennis shoes are required.
📍 TIMING
⏰ The Perfect Start: Arrive by 6:45 AM to get checked into the system and warm up. We guarantee the first serve is in the air at 7:00 AM SHARP!
⚠️ PICKLEBALL OPEN PLAY WAIVER
By participating in this Pickleball Open Play, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating at your own risk. The organizers, hosts, club officers, and venue shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property that may occur before, during, or after the event.
You also grant permission to the organizers to take photographs and videos during the Open Play. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation or prior notice.
By joining the Open Play, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver.
