SMV Pickleball Club is a welcoming community for pickleball players of all skill levels. We organize friendly games, social play, and club activities that promote fitness, sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, our club provides a fun and supportive environment to connect with others who share a passion for pickleball.
SMV Pickleball Club Waiver & Disclaimer
By registering for and participating in SMV Pickleball Club activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Participation is entirely at your own risk. Pickleball is a physical sport, and injuries or accidents may occur despite reasonable safety measures.
• The SMV Pickleball Club, its committees, organizers, volunteers, coaches, and facility partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage arising from participation in any club activity.
• Players are responsible for their own personal belongings. The club is not liable for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged items.
• Players are expected to exercise reasonable care and immediately report any unsafe conditions, including wet floors, spills, damaged equipment, or other hazards. Failure to report hazards may increase the risk of accidents.
• The club is not responsible for accidents resulting from participants’ own actions, negligence, failure to follow court rules, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of equipment.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to play. If you have any medical condition or injury that may affect your ability to participate safely, please consult your physician before playing.
• Players agree to follow all club rules, court etiquette, and instructions from committee members. Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.
• The club reserves the right to modify schedules, court assignments, or cancel activities due to weather, emergencies, facility concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accept this waiver and release the SMV Pickleball Club, its committees, organizers, volunteers, coaches, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.
