📌 RALLY REBELS GUIDELINES
🤝 Good Sportsmanship, Always
Keep the court a positive place.
Respect your fellow players, opponents, organisers and venue staff. Play hard, but always play fair.
🏓 Play Your Level
Everyone has a different reason for being here and a different level of experience.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, respect each other’s pace and playing style.
Good games are better when everyone gets to enjoy them.
🔄 Keep The Rotation Fair
Please be mindful of court rotation and playing time, especially during full sessions.
Give others their turn and avoid occupying the court longer than your allocated rotation.
⏰ Respect Court Time
Please arrive before your session starts so we can get everyone on court without unnecessary delays.
If you arrive late, you may need to wait until the next available rotation.
💳 Booking & Payment
Your place is secured once payment has been received.
Unpaid registrations are considered pending and may be released to others once the session reaches capacity.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
Please make sure you’re able to attend before booking.
Session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations unless otherwise stated by the organiser.
🎒 Look After Your Belongings
Please keep your personal belongings with you or in a safe place during the session.
Rally Rebels and its organisers are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged.
⚠️ Play Within Your Limits
Pickleball is a physical activity. Please warm up, stay hydrated and play according to your own ability.
By joining our sessions, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.
📸 Cameras May Be Rolling
We may take photos or videos during sessions for club memories, updates and social media.
If you’d prefer not to appear in our content, simply let the organiser know.
🚨 Zero Drama On Court
Competitive? Yes.
Disrespectful? No.
Arguments, bullying, harassment, discrimination or repeated unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session or future events.
📢 Stay Updated
As Rally Rebels grows, our sessions, formats, fees and community guidelines may evolve.
Any important changes will be shared with players when necessary.
