To keep our open plays organized and enjoyable for everyone, please take note of the following:
PAYMENT FIRST POLICY
• Slots are confirmed ONLY once payment has been received.
• No payment = no reserved slot.
• Walk-ins are welcome subject to slot availability.
• Paid slots will be prioritized over walk-ins.
BE ON TIME
• Please arrive on time and be ready to play when your session starts.
• Late arrivals may still be accommodated, but game time cannot be extended.
COURT ETIQUETTE
• Respect your fellow players, organizers, and venue staff.
• Keep games friendly and competitive. Good vibes on and off the court!
• Rotate fairly and allow everyone their playing time.
• Please help keep the courts and surrounding areas clean.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Once paid, slots are considered confirmed.
• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player, subject to organizer approval.
