We're a community-driven pickleball group built for good vibes, great rallies, and even better people. Whether you're brand new or already addicted to the game, The Paddle Grounds is all about social open play - a relaxed, inclusive format where everyone gets a chance to jump in, rotate, and enjoy the game together.
Our weekly sessions are currently hosted at Kwinana Tennis Club/NetX Sports Arena Canningvale with plans to rotate across different courts around Perth each month - keeping things fresh and accessible for players all over the city.
What's OPEN PLAY?
Open play is a fun, social format where players mix in and out of games throughout the session. Instead of fixed teams or brackets, you'll rotate partners and opponents after each match - just like the growing pickleball scene in the Philippines and Vietnam. It's perfect for meeting new players, improving your skills, and getting plenty of game time without the pressure of competition.
Expect a welcoming atmosphere, organized rotations, and a community that values connection as much as competition.
