Pickleball brought us together—but the people are what made us stay.
Pickle Friends started with a simple goal: to create a space where people could enjoy the game, meet new friends, and feel comfortable stepping onto the court, whether they were picking up a paddle for the first time or already competing at a higher level.
Over time, our open plays became more than just scheduled games.
They became a place where strangers became teammates, teammates became friends, and every session brought new faces into the community.
We believe that pickleball should be competitive, but never intimidating. You should be able to challenge yourself while still enjoying the game. You should be able to improve without feeling judged. And you should be able to walk onto a court not knowing anyone—and leave knowing a few more people than when you arrived.
That is what we want Pickle Friends to be.
