📋 Open Play Format & Rules
To keep gameplay fair, seamless, and efficient, we run a structured setup:
- 1:8 Court Ratio: We strictly cap our Open Plays at 8 players per court to guarantee maximum play time and minimal waiting.
- Smart Queuing with PickleQ: Queue management is entirely automated through PickleQ! No manual rotations or messy court assignments—just join the queue, track your turns on your phone, and hit the court when called.
💵 Fair & Transparent Pricing
We run on a 100% non-profit model. No host markups, no hidden fees!
- Standard Session Fee: Fixed at [Total Court Rent ÷ 6]. This guarantees the court fee is fully covered even if we don't hit maximum capacity.
- The Reserve Fund: When a session fully books out to 8 players, the extra spot fee goes directly into our Club Fund to purchase session balls, cover rare under-booked sessions, and subsidize future club events!
