• Winner Stays (maximum 2 rounds but can rest anytime once tired) We are flexible
• Partner Rotation Throughout Session
• The remaining players who are not playing will either be picking up balls or doing the scoreboard to ensure faster and smoother turnover. 2hrs do pass by extremely fast!
• Game recordings will be uploaded on youtube unlisted and sent to actual day group for personal viewing (if host Kelvin is there) FOC👍🏻🎉

⚠ CANCELLATION POLICY
• Once paid, you will have confirmation priority over other unpaid waitlisted players.
• If something came up:
Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Cancellations made more than 8 hours before the game may be credited to a future session. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations within 8 hours or no-shows.
• If You Don’t Turn up:
Nothing will happen and you’re more than welcome to be back. However, we do prioritise players with strong attendance when confirming spots, even before payment is made. For new players, prompt payment and good attendance will be recognised and will help you move into the confirmed list faster, even before payment.
Appreciate your understanding as court bookings are committed in advance!

We want everyone to have fun safely! By joining this game, you’re confirming that you’re fit to play and are taking full responsibility for your own health and safety. If you’re feeling unwell or injured, please sit this one out. By participating, you agree not to hold the host liable for any illness or injury that may happen during the session. Play smart, stay safe, and enjoy the game!
Our wet weather protocol:
One hour before the scheduled session, we will provide a weather update. If conditions are unfavorable, you may choose to skip the session to avoid an unnecessary trip. Thirty minutes before the session, we will send a final announcement confirming whether the session will proceed or be canceled. If the game is canceled due to wet weather, you may contact me with your mobile number to request a *partial refund* (Safra do not allow refund in the event of wet weather hence there will still be a court fee) or carry your fee forward to the next game.
