Payment & Reservation Policy
Full payment is required to secure your booking slot.
Kindly make sure your schedule is final before reserving.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before your booking schedule.
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, subject to court availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking may be refunded or rescheduled.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.
Convenience and service fees are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
Bookings follow the reserved schedule to ensure a smooth experience for all players.
Late arrivals may result in shorter playing time.
Extensions cannot be accommodated to avoid affecting succeeding bookings.
HOUSE RULES
Proper athletic attire and non-marking court shoes are encouraged for safe and comfortable play.
Please help us keep the facility clean and enjoyable for everyone.
Food and drinks are allowed only at the 7th Court and waiting areas. No food or drinks inside the playing courts, please.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed within the facility.
By entering the facility, guests acknowledge that they are fit and in good health to participate in or remain on the premises. Management will not be liable for injuries, accidents, lost items, or personal belongings.
