We invade the kitchen, attack the court, and bring the heat — but respect is always part of the game. Whether you’re here to compete, improve, or simply enjoy a good rally, we’re all about solid gameplay, good sportsmanship, and unforgettable court vibes.

To keep our court competitive, inclusive, and drama-free, here’s our club code:

⚔️ WHAT WE BRING TO THE COURT (DOS):

🔥 Respect Every Player — Skill levels may differ, but everyone deserves respect.

🤝 Build Each Other Up — Encourage your partners, respect your opponents, and help everyone level up.

🏓 Compete Hard, Play Fair — Bring your best game, fight for every point, and keep it sportsmanlike.

👏 Celebrate the Rally — Give credit where it’s due, even when the other team hits an insane winner!

💯 Own Your Game — Call your shots honestly, accept mistakes gracefully, and keep the game moving.

😎 Good Vibes, Mixed Players — Male or female, beginner or advanced, everyone gets a fair shot and a place on court.

🚫 WHAT GETS BENCHED (DON’TS):

❌ Bad Attitudes — Eye-rolling, sighing, sulking, or blaming your partner.

❌ Toxic Trash Talk — Personal insults, humiliating comments, or making others feel small.

❌ Court Drama — Shouting, aggressive behaviour, unnecessary arguments, or throwing tantrums.

❌ Disrespectful Play — Deliberately targeting someone’s weaknesses to embarrass them or mocking their mistakes.

❌ Bad Sportsmanship — Cheating, arguing over every call, or refusing to accept fair decisions.

❌ Ego Over Teamwork — Acting superior, excluding players, or making the court uncomfortable for others.

⚠️ THE KITCHEN INVADERS POLICY

We play hard, but we don’t play dirty.

Kitchen Invaders has ZERO TOLERANCE for bullying, harassment, discrimination, or repeated disrespect towards players, partners, or hosts.

Competitive energy is welcome. Toxic energy is not.

Anyone who repeatedly disrupts the atmosphere or disrespects others may be asked to leave the session or excluded from future club activities.

Respect the players. Respect the game. Respect the court.
