Teman Gizi is founded on simple, positive values: let’s learn together, make new friends, and catch those good vibes. Our name, which stands for Tenis Mantap Badan Berisi, is all about getting better as a group—and everyone's welcome, from beginners to advanced players. Our motto is serious effort, but keep it chill, it’s basically a spot to hang out, play some fun games, release stress, and repeat, surrounded by a strong, supportive, and awesome tennis family.
