📌 Community Guidelines
To keep things fun, fair, and inclusive, please take note of the following:
1. ⏳ Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before game time must be paid, unless you find a replacement (if no one is on the waitlist).
2. 📝 Waitlist System
If a session is full, you may add your name to the waitlist (first-come, first-served).
➤ When bumped in, please confirm promptly. If you can’t make it, inform the admin so the next player can be added or a replacement found.
3. 🤝 Respect & Kindness
Always be respectful, inclusive, and friendly — both on and off the court.
4. 📊 Playing Level Transparency
Be honest about your level so we can keep matches balanced and enjoyable for everyone.
5. 📢 Feedback & Issues
Got a concern? Please message the admin privately. We're here to keep things smooth and fair.
6. 🚫 Misconduct
Any form of disrespect, aggression, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group and future sessions.
7. 🕒 Be On Time
Arrive on time to ensure smooth rotations and full game time for all.
8. 🧼 Court Courtesy
Keep the court clean and be mindful of fair rotation. We all share the space.
