Hello, Picklers! 👋

We’re thrilled to see our pickleball community growing and so many enthusiastic players joining each week! To keep our sessions organized, fair, and fun for everyone, please take a moment to review the guidelines below.

These help us manage bookings smoothly and ensure everyone gets a chance to play. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

Pickleball Session Guidelines (please read 😊):

1. All bookings and confirmations are done through Reclub only — no GC messages or PMs. (Please download the Reclub app.)

2. Pay-first policy: your slot is confirmed only after proof of payment is sent before the game or inform the host if you'll pay in cash.

3. Only players confirmed and approved by the admin in Reclub will be considered official players for the day.

4. Maximum of 20 players per session only.

5. If you have plus ones, they’re welcome as long as slots are still available — same rules apply.

6. Unconfirmed players in Reclub cannot join the game.

7. Refunds are only given for emergency cancellations (please be honest and fair 🙏).

8. This is a friendly and fun game — we’re all here to enjoy and have a good time 🏓😄
