# BRATT PICKLEBALL CLUB
## RULES AND REGULATIONS
**1. Respect All Players**
* Treat every member with respect.
* No bullying, harassment, insulting, or unnecessary arguments.
* Respect the club organizers and court staff.
**2. Registration and Attendance**
* Register or RSVP through Reclub before joining a scheduled game.
* Arrive on time.
* Inform the organizer if you cannot attend.
* Follow the player limit for each session.
**3. Court Rotation**
* Follow the organizer’s rotation system.
* Give other players a fair opportunity to play.
* Do not occupy the court for too long when other players are waiting.
* Follow the assigned court and match schedule.
**4. Game Rules**
* Follow the official pickleball rules.
* Call your own faults honestly.
* Respect line calls and the final score.
* Replay a point only when both sides agree or the applicable rules require it.
**5. Court Fees and Payments**
* Pay the agreed court or session fee on time.
* Follow the organizer’s payment and cancellation policy.
* Any refund or credit must follow the club’s announced policy.
**6. Safety and Equipment**
* Wear proper court shoes.
* Keep the playing area clean and free from obstructions.
* Do not enter the court while another game is in progress.
* Report injuries, hazards, or damaged equipment immediately.
**7. Sportsmanship**
* No cheating, intentional dangerous shots at players, or racket throwing.
* No excessive shouting or aggressive behavior.
* Congratulate opponents and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
**8. Guests and Visitors**
* Guests must register and follow club rules.
* The organizer may limit guest participation when the session is full.
**9. Disciplinary Action**
* First offense: verbal reminder or warning.
* Repeated offense: temporary suspension from club activities.
* Serious misconduct: removal from the club, subject to a fair review by the organizers.
**10. Final Authority**
* Club organizers may implement reasonable rules for safety, fairness, and orderly play.
* Members should raise concerns respectfully with the organizers.
* These rules may be updated when necessary.
