Pickleball Rules & Regulations
1. Payment Policy
No Pay, No Play: All participants must complete payment before being allowed to play.
Payment Method: Payments are accepted via GCash only.
Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where play is canceled by the organizer or due to unsafe weather conditions.
2. Attendance and Conduct
Players must arrive on time and be ready to begin at their scheduled session.
Courtesy and sportsmanship are expected at all times. Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Equipment and Attire
Players are responsible for bringing their own paddles.
Wear proper shoes to avoid injury.
4. Court Rules
All games will follow official pickleball rules as set by the governing body or organizer.
Players must wait until a rally is complete before entering or crossing a court.
Only registered and fully paid players are allowed to participate.
5. Safety and Liability
All participants play at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
6. Weather Policy
Play may be suspended or canceled in the event of bad weather or unsafe court conditions.
If play is canceled before a session begins, participants will receive either a credit or rescheduled session at the organizer’s discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for personal cancellations or no-shows.
