PAYMENT POLICY
All bookings and Open Play slots must be paid in advance through our official GCash account.
No payment = No confirmed slot.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking may be rescheduled once or converted to Club Priva credit. Cancellations made within 12 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
If Club Priva cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or unexpected closure, players may reschedule or receive Club Priva credit.
Please send your GCash receipt after payment to confirm your booking.
