Started a year ago in an empty court, a lowkey paddles, and a shared spark. Just my little fam figuring out the game from scratch, learning the bounce, and falling in love with the rhythm of the ball.

Now, here we are.

What began as a passion project has evolved into 𝘾𝙊𝘿𝙀 𝙂𝙍𝙀𝙀𝙉 𝙋𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗. A space built to bridge the gap and connect every kind of player.

More than anything, this is our way of telling you that there is life after the clock-out. There is a whole world waiting for you when your shift ends. So leave the spreadsheets, screens, patient’s charts, and all stress behind. Trade them for community, movement, and good sweat.
